By commissioning me you agree with my terms of service. Doing/requesting anything that goes against my T.O.S can, depending on severity, result in a blacklisting

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

payment is accepted through paypalPayment is upfront. Full refund available until final sketch approval, past that it will only be partial refunds.if you want to back out early, thats perfectly fine. just tell me quickly :]

USAGE AND OWNERSHIP

I hold the copyright for the work I create. no commercial use of my artwork is allowed.i will post the commissions on my social media, and use it for portfolio/self-promos. If you dont want this, feel free to let me know.
you can repost the art youve commissioned from me only on twitter, with credit included.dont claim that you created the artwork

ORDERING AND PROCESS

to request a commission, just contact me in my DMs on twitteri'll ask about an email, so i can send an invoice via paypal for the payment.
if you're wondering if i've started your commission, you can check my queue or ask me directly. be mindful that im not a fast responder.
i'll only update you once i have the initial sketch, but if you want to see before that you can ask.i'll send previews of anything you ask for! otherwise i'll send of the sketch and the flatcolour. on more complicated orders i'll also send shading concepts.you get 5 major changes during sketch phase before further payment will be requested. Note: major changes in the sketch phase counts as an entirely new pose, or outfit.
(you can always ask, this is a loose rule. Its just here to ensure i wont be scammed)No major changes past the approved sketch without extra payment.
Major changes include: expression change or pose change.Extra changes doesn't count for color changes, or if i forgot/neglected something in your request or character, that'll always be on me dw.FOR THE EXPERIMENTAL PAINTINGS
you'll get sent a thumbnail, and a rough coloured version.
past that i wont send you anything! until it's final tweak time, but feel free to request updates at any time!!!!

HELPFUL NOTES

i have the right to decline any commission for any reason.please dont call me slurs, even in a friendly way, or be rude to me in my dms.be mindful of the fact that i am slow at responding, and keep timezones in mind. i am a full time student with autism and communication can make me nervous. for these reasons i also ask for your patience when it comes to the commission, thank you.The making of a commission is a collaborative effort. Having something in mind can help both of us a lot. while i dont mind a free liberty commission, you know your characters the best! i would greatly reccomend giving me a desc of what you want the more details the better.please let me know if you have any icks or hard limits with your character if youre giving me free liberty.you will need to give me a refrence for your character, SFW ONLY - im fine with bad censors, i just dont want to see anything under that.please keep in mind that the price on the price sheet is only a guide, it could change depending on the complexity of the commission.be aware that i can run into things that'll slow down my work progress that im not comfortable discussing in detail, like mental issues or other private matters. i ask of you to be kind enough to not ask for any further clarification.-
i like tweaking colours in my art, i dont always do it, but let me know if you dont want it. (i will always ask if the colours look good to you, dw)
